These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of orvellaridgellc.shop (the “Site”), operated by Orvella Ridge LLC (“Orvella Ridge”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

2. Products and pricing

• We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors may vary slightly between screens.
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We may correct pricing or description errors. If an order was placed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping, and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a payment fails our fraud checks; in that case any amount charged is refunded in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or using automated tools to scrape content.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Orvella Ridge LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orvella Ridge LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
