All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees.

3. When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. The total, including product price and shipping, is shown on the checkout page before you confirm.

4. Payment security

Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Orvella Ridge LLC never sees or stores your full card number or security code.

5. Fraud prevention

To protect our customers, orders may be reviewed for fraud. We may ask you to verify information or cancel a suspicious order; any amount charged for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

6. Billing descriptor

Charges appear on your statement under a name related to Orvella Ridge or Orvella Ridge LLC. If you don’t recognize a charge, please contact us before contacting your bank, and we will help immediately.

7. Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, the order is not placed. Please check your card details or contact your card issuer, then try again.

8. Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
