How do I know my order went through?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until it ships. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

U.S. shipping is free on orders of $49 or more and $5.99 below that. International shipping is $14.99. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. U.S. delivery takes 5–8 business days after shipping; international delivery takes 10–20 business days.

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking number when your order ships.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Which payment methods do you accept?

The methods shown at checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All prices are in USD.
